Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cet appartement. Localisation est idéale et calme. La piscine est un réel plus et qui s’apprécie après un belle journée de marche dans le centre de Madrid. Le décoration est moderne et très bien optimisée. La propreté du lieu est impeccable, étant assez pointilleuse sur ce sujet, j’ai trouvé l’endroit irréprochable. ~ Paloma H

Todo nuevo, tiene de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días y incluso semanas, lavavajillas, placa de inducción, todo el menaje necesario y más, lavadora y secadora, secador de pelo…tuve un problema con la energía de la casa y me respondieron rápidamente. Muy cercano al Hospital Santa Elena, dos minutos andando. 10/10!! ~ Manuel N

Appartment at the Buenos Aires metro station in Madrid: The accomodation was perfect for a long stay. It had everything you might need during the stay. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for cooking. There was everything you might need to wash your clothes or clean the appartment. The appartment is very well distributed and even though it is not that big, it feels very spacious. Especially the kitchen and the bathroom are big. The location is good, the metro is nearby, so you can get to the city centre within minutes. There are supermarkets and many shops nearby to buy everything. There also restaurants around and parks. We were very happy to have chosen this place for our stay and we can highly recommend it. Beautiful studio that serves a simple purpose. A safe, comfortable, and stress free area to rest, relax, and rejuvenate after a long day of exploring Madrid. This property is close to the Metro station La Latina and a few bus routes, making it super convenient to travel around the city with ease. I recommend you purchase a visitor metro card you can load up...10 rides will cost about $8.50 and can be used on both trains and buses. The local eatery down the street serves great cuisine late night, and local market is a few steps away for all your refreshment needs. Prices were reasonable the further from the city center you go. Beware of the gypsy ladies in the plazas, they may be a little aggressive in their tactics and will attempt to hand you a pine branch for good fortune. ....stand your ground and they'll move on. Great location and in general good facilities. We stayed in an apartment run by GuestReady in the La Latina area in Madrid. In general we enjoyed our stay there for 5 nights. Liked · 1. The location is perfect - walking distance to city center and ~240m to a metro station. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. 2. Facilities for living were very sufficient. 3. Internet was perfect. 4. The apartment layout made it very airy, which was vital for summer days, although air conditioners were also very efficient. Disliked · The soundproofing was not ideal, luckily it was not beside a main street. ~ H M

Si hay un lugar precioso y súper bien comunicado en Madrid, es este Plaza Sta Cristina. Increíble!! A la entrada, el metro Puerta del Ángel de donde partes para cualquier punto que quieras ir; y el Depto está hermosísimo, te sientes en casa: súper equipada, cómoda, súper limpia que te la entregan, está de 10 como decimos en México. Estuvimos una semana exacta y quedamos con ganas de regresar en el futuro a este mismo lugar . Altamente recomendable. Segura. 😍 ~ ALCE C

Отличный вариант для отдыха в самом центер Мадрида. Большая чистая квартира . Мягкие матрасы. Возможность регулировать температуру отопления. Не работал телевизор (это мелочи). Сломалась газовая колонка , но нам ее быстро починили. Рекомендую для отдыха и длительного проживания. ~ Roman L

L'appartement est irréprochable, spacieux, très bien équipé, très propre. Il est conforme aux photos de l'annonce. Il est situé dans une rue très calme et vraiment près du centre .Tout peut se faire à pied. Je le recommande vivement. Nous avons adoré. ~ Liliane C

Precioso el piso. Éramos 3 y el piso tenía una habitación. Una cama doble en el salón y otra en la habitación. Completo, limpio y muy buena ubicación. Repetiré. ~ Celina V

My husband and I stayed at their Madrid home with our 3 kids (under 6) and mother in law. The house was spacious enough for all of us and very functional. The location is fantastic, close to shops and the metro and felt very safe. The host is fantastic and very responsive. We were greeted personally and shown around the apartment. ~ Jessica O

It's a good appartment in Madrid. It is located not in the city center but just a 35min trip on foot and by metro, 5-7min to the nearest metro station and 24x7 supermarket. The apartment was perfectly cleaned and equipped with all needed. Staff is really helpful and supported us during an unexpected late check in. Everything was on the top level. ~ Artem K

We stayed for 7 nights in an apartment in the La Latina neighborhood amd had a great time. The apartment was as listed. It was clean and we had no issues during our stay. We did experience a lot of loud music from a local bar on Thursday- Saturday, but that is not the company's fault. We were pleased with our stay and would recommend. ~ Ashley M

Great location for our weekend in Madrid. Easy to walk to most places and if not the metro was close enough too. Easy to access with the mobile system after you get used to it. Everything good including towels, shampoo etc. Would highly recommend and stay again ~ m14ttr

We stayed 3 nights, it was a lovely weekend! Host is great responsive and available, we had a small problem with aircon in one of the rooms but the host literally bought a fan and brought it to us. Check in-out was incredibly smooth, I do recommend ~ Maria p
